  • Clean your windows:

If you have modern windows or storm windows they still require cleaning most especially after the winter. While cleaning your windows, inspect them for any damages that may have occurred during the winter, go outside and check for any cracks, change broken glasses on your window because water can pass through and damage your properties inside the house.

  • Prepare your tools for the season:

You’ll need to make some services on your summer tools especially if you have garden tools, lubricate the tools that need lubrication, clean off your lawn furniture, check your garden tools for wear, decide the kind of changes you want to make to your outdoor space for the coming season.

  • Inspect your AC:

Inspect your AC after the winter to be sure it’s still in good shape so as to avoid being uncomfortable during the very hot season.

  • Inspect your roof:

Check your roofs for leakages in case of rain so that water doesn’t pass through your roof and damage your properties.

  • Check your outdoor plumbing:

If you live in an area that experiences winter, you should check the pipes and plumb materials outdoors that could have gone through overnight freezing. Make sure they are in good shape, otherwise replace them.
